Spring Commencement 2019

Share

From Qatar to the Cayman Islands, from Saskatoon to DC, the online students graduating this semester are from all over the globe.

Here’s a snapshot of the Class of 2019 from the U.S.:

Each grad has demonstrated incredible persistence in their journey to graduation. Take it from Kimberly Collelo, who graduated with her bachelor’s in criminal justice:

“Some people think they won’t be able to handle online classes or that they’ll require being in a classroom to fully understand the curriculum, but the resources and support you’re given completely set you up for success.

If you’re really ready to commit to furthering your education and bettering yourself, then absolutely take the leap. You see a return on your hard work and dedication, and that is truly rewarding.”

The hard work and dedication required of an online program can result in learning new things about yourself, which is what Ka’Reema Moses, another criminal justice grad, experienced:

“My Florida Tech degree will make a difference in my career because I’ve learned so many things while earning my degree. Attending college online gave me the chance to experience the college life while still having the time to work. Without this degree, I wouldn’t have known that I was capable of learning so much information in eight weeks.”

Are you thinking about furthering your education? Moses suggests prospective students “go for it:”

“My advice to any other student would be to go for it! You never know what you can accomplish unless you try.”
