These no-bake, chocolate chip protein bars are packed with protein, healthy fats and fiber, making them a guilt-free snack to satisfy your hunger – and your sweet tooth.

Made from gluten-free and dairy-free ingredients, these protein bars take just 10 minutes to prepare, so they’re great to eat between writing a paper and running on the treadmill. Ingredients
- 2 cups gluten-free oat flour
- ½ cup coconut flour
- ½ cup vanilla or chocolate protein powder
- 1-2 tablespoons cocoa powder (adjust for flavor)
- 1 tablespoon beet powder (optional)
- 2 tablespoons sweetener
- ½ cup almond butter
- ½ cup brown rice syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 5 tablespoons of dairy free milk
- Mini chocolate chips
Directions
- Line a large baking dish with greased paper.
- Combine the flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, beet powder and sweetener into a large microwave safe bowl and mix well.
- Combine almond butter, brown rice syrup and vanilla extract and heat until melted in a large microwave safe bowl or stovetop.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and mix well – the texture should be crumbly.
- Add the dairy free milk and mix.
- Stir in chocolate chips and incorporate.
- Transfer to the lined baking dish and press firmly.
- Refrigerate until firm.
- Slice up and enjoy!
