1. Apply online

If you request more information or apply online, our Student Success team will contact you to answer any questions and walk you through any necessary documentation required for admission. You can apply year-round, and your representative will help you pick one of six class start dates per year that works best for your schedule.

2. Prepare for class

After applying, you will receive a Florida Tech email address and login to the student portal to ensure you have completed all necessary processes, including transcripts and financial aid documents.

3. Start classes

If you are accepted, you will receive an email and a new student packet. Your representative will reach out to make sure you have everything you need before starting your class, and answer any questions you have about the online classroom. Then, you can log into Florida Tech’s online learning platform to complete your coursework 100% online.

4. Support along the way

Your representative will talk to you about how your class is going, and help you register and order textbooks for each class. Your instructors and classmates are also available through chat, discussion boards and email to discuss course topics and online learning experiences.

5. Graduate

Graduates of programs offered online are invited to receive their diplomas during commencement ceremonies in Melbourne, where they will walk alongside and receive the same diploma as their campus-based peers. Whether you participate in graduation or celebrate your achievement at home, you can proudly call yourself a Panther for life.

6. Panther for life

After graduation, you can join the Alumni Association, which is a great way to connect with over 60,000 Panthers in more than 120 countries. Alumni chapter events, Facebook groups and more provide networking opportunities for our graduates.
