- 1 ripe banana
- 1 small egg
- 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- Place the banana in a blender.
- Add the egg.
- Add four tablespoons of cocoa powder.
- Mix in a blender until smooth batter is formed.
- Pour into greased mug.
- Bake in microwave for one minute.
- Top and enjoy!
Suggested toppings: whipped cream and cocoa powder, peanut butter, toasted almonds, cinnamon, coconut flakes.
