What You'll Learn

In this course, you’ll cover the project management concepts and test-taking strategies you need to succeed, including:

  • The project management terms presented in the PMBOK® Guide
  • The project management processes
  • The input, tools and techniques, and outputs of each project management phase
  • Interactions, glossaries, 1000 practice questions and other interactive exercises
